Module design and manufacturin
We can provide one-stop solutions for modules related with both consumer electronics and automotive industries.
1、Sensor module
We produce OCS sensor under car seat, including wiring harness, multilayer thin material, thermistor, connector and terminal assembly. The electronic sensor which can realize the passenger classification system will determine whether there are passengers sitting in it, so as to make corresponding safety measures in case of accidents.
2、Cooling module
We use high-performance elastomer insulation material as thermal conductive silica gel insulation sheet, which has excellent cutting resistance and excellent thermal conductivity, and is widely used in electronic and electrical industries. For example, KB shield, our representative product, combines various materials, and is completed by direct punching, direct surface-mount (SMT), hot pressing, printing, hole-punching, AOI and other advanced technologies, with the functions of electric conduction, shielding, dustproof and heat dissipation. Among these materials, graphite composite material reduces the heat created by the core hardware of notebook computer, improves the efficiency of heat dissipation module, and reduces the weight and thickness of notebook computers.
3、Wireless charging module
Through the development, design and manufacturing process, we are committed to providing customers with efficient, reliable and convenient solutions for mobile phones wireless charging. With superior production capability of magnetic shielding materials, advanced simulation and testing technology and leading automatic production capacity, we realize the most superior product manufacturing.
4、Current collector module
Through precision die-cutting and automatic surface-mount assembling finished modules, and through functional verification, the product can provide backup power in time in case of public power grid failure, and maintain its independent operation, independent of the public power grid, serving as the backup power supply of the family.
